A QR code at your shop's entrance replaces the attendance register. Staff scan it with their own phone when they come in, go for lunch and leave. At the end of the month MunkeeyLogs works out every employee's salary on your shop's rules: late cuts, half days, overtime, paid days off and advances. It then sends each one a payslip on WhatsApp. You run it all from WhatsApp messages.
Sip Sip Spot pays its staff on set rules: a full day, a half day, and a cut for coming late, all worked out automatically from the scans.
Their own feedback shaped the product. Missing a full day by a few minutes used to drop a staff member to half-day pay, so they asked for something fairer. Now any shop can switch on an “almost full day” that pays, for example, 75% for a day that's nearly complete.
Open the kiosk link on any spare phone or tablet at the entrance. You activate it once with your phone number. The QR code changes every 15 seconds, so a photo of it sent to someone at home doesn't work.
The employee scans with their own phone, enters their number and verifies with an SMS code. Their phone is now linked to them. There's no PIN or password to share, and they never need to do this again.
First scan of the day checks them in. The next checks them out for lunch, and the next brings them back. Their phone shows the result straight away: “Checked in at 9:52”, “Back at 2:15, break was 43m”. Breaks are left out of the hours automatically, and lateness is marked on the first scan of the day.
Ask who came late, mark someone present, note an advance or set a salary. If someone forgot to check out, the bot asks you. Every change is shown to you first and saved only when you tap ✅.
The Payroll page shows every employee's salary, day by day, with the reason for each cut and bonus. It flags problem days, like a missed check-out, for you to fix in one click. Then lock the month and send each employee their payslip PDF on WhatsApp.
